The Town of Littleton, population of about 7,000, is a major White Mountain tourism and business hub with a surprisingly eclectic variety of shopping, dining, and natural attractions. Retail options range from the terrific Village Bookstore in the busy downtown area to Wal-Mart on the outskirts. Restaurants offer a variety of themes, from Mexican to seafood. The thriving Littleton Industrial Park is a half mile away.

Within 30 minutes drive are the towns of Franconia, Sugar Hill, Bethlehem, Whitefield, and St. Johnsbury. North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley, a popular shopping destination, is about an hour away through scenic Crawford Notch State Park.
